Navy Federal helped me obtain a joint checking account. I am a U.Southward Veteran who lives in the U.k.. Wells Fargo fabricated me lose my checking account since I couldn't provide a U.South address. Navy Federal appreciate its Veterans, different Wells Fargo. Two thumbs upwardly for their customer service!

I have been a NFCU member now for over 20 years and cannot say plenty nearly how wonderful they take been. Just recently someone had gotten my credit bill of fare information and was charging stuff left and right on my business relationship but thank God NFCU noticed the charges way earlier I did and placed a cease on all charges to my account and and so contacted me to let me know. I accept since gotten a new card and was not responsible for any of the charges that were made on my account. I am just and then thankful for the great work the NFCU representative did to go me all gear up with my new card and assure me everything was good to go and all the charges were cleared against me. I just cannot say how The NFCU team has brought me peace of mind. I recommend them to everyone.

I would have given them a 10 as that is how corking the CU is...They are seriously geared towards customer service and their members are number one. I have been with them for 6 years at present and I am and so glad I switched of crappy BOA. BOA doesn't requite one rat's butt about their customers. Navy Federal goes out of their way to make sure yous are happy and well taken care of.

I like that they have fingerprint and face recognition when signing on and dual layer protection when signing on with other devices similar my tablet/estimator. It gives me added assurance when I log in. If I know a pending deposit is waiting to post I tin go to their online calendar to run into what 24-hour interval information technology's going to post to my account. Everything I demand is like shooting fish in a barrel to navigate to on the app and online. I'm a very satisfied customer of Navy Federal...they helped me with guidance to help build my credit and my rep offered to let me phone call him during that time with questions, which I did a couple of times. So glad I found them!

In all of my years as a c.card holder and currently 12 major cards, NFCU by far is the worst. When it comes to protecting their cardholder they offer near none. On several occasions it has been my feel that they require the cardholder to summit unrealistic proof for dispute whereas other companies will ordinarily credit the client until or unless the merchant in question prove their counterclaim. On this concluding claim four dissimilar dispute agents failed to read previous notes which added to frustrations and difficulties to follow up and resolve... SMH.

For the first time in years received a paper payroll check and deposited that bank check at my local NF ATM. I chosen days later to encounter why the total check had not been deposited. To my surprise, I was told a 5 business day hold was on my check b/c it 'looked similar it wouldn't clear'. Called my employer, found out that was not true. They offered to provide verification if NF would telephone call them. And then I contacted my coworkers. Anybody in the building had their money except the 3 of united states who had Navy Federal. Likewise constitute out from some other employee who deposited their check days after I deposited mine, they had received their money *the same day*. Their check was more money than mine. How is that possible. Called NF back, no explanation for any of this, just stonewalling. In add-on to this, they refused to call my employer to verify the check. This is the poorest service I have e'er received from a banking company or credit wedlock. NF you but lost a long term client.

FIRST AND FOREMOST MY HUSBAND IS A 100% DISABLED VETERAN WITH DIRECT Deposit FOR THE Last 8 YEARS. And so information technology went without question that we recommended them to our daughter when she was ready to purchase her first vehicle on her own. They Apartment OUT denied her when she has near perfect credit. She turn right around and utilise with another institution and was approved for over $lx,000. And then my husband practical for a platinum Visa with well over a 6 and a half figure income to only exist told they need ii-three days to brand their determination on whether or non do even approve him.

Will Not RELEASE FUNDS OR SPEAK TO A MANAGER TODAY. I unfortunately practice non have the luxury of straight deposit with my employer. Transmission Paychecks are released at 4:30pm on payday. My last payday was Friday, March 25, 2022. That twenty-four hour period I purchased a newer vehicle at a dealership and received the loan through this bank. It took well over an boosted one hr on the phone and well over a one-half an hour in a local co-operative to complete this after receiving a preapproval.

Due to their delays, my paycheck was submitted after their half-dozen:00pm borderline. If submitted prior to that time, after the very small corporeality released afterwards the check is approved, the remainder is released on the next day (Sabbatum). Per a call to the banking company today, Monday, March 28, 2022; I am being told the remainder of my funds will not be available until Tuesday, March 29, 2022. This is 4 days after my check. Once again due to their delays. I was also informed that I could non speak to a manager for 1 to 2 business days, due to their turnaround. This volition exist afterwards my funds will be available. So, this banking company is will to lose both my loan and banking, due to their delays. DO NOT DO any business concern with this banking concern or they will screw you.

Not sure what the problem is simply they gave my husband grief over calculation me to his account. Like I'k not his wife. Like I'm non too a U.S. Army combat veteran. So to make matters worse, when I click for login help they act like they didn't requite me a debit card. I used my birthdate and social to try to get logged in and was denied. I tried my husband'due south birthdate and social and was denied. When I finally got logged in using the credit card info and his birthdate and social all I could do was change his password. I Don't Want To Change His Password! I Want Admission To My Account!
